Glenn Jones lead our merry group as we kicked off the festivities at the Madisonville Christmas parade on December 1, 2007. Before gathering on the steps of the Madison County Courthouse, we also sang at the Riverwood Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Many thanks to all who came out to listen and sing along. The Madisonville Community Chorus participated in the Madisonville Community Theatre's June 2007 production of Bye, Bye Birdie. They assumed the role of "The Sweet Apple Town Chorus", and sang a rousing selection of patriotic songs, which tied in nicely with the plot of the play, since lead character Conrad Birdie was going off to war. This patriotic performance was lead by Mary Reed.
