| Writer's Guild Event Tomorrow - PARKING MAP (May 9th, 2008) A reminder to all arts council members, the Madison County Writers Guild is hosting Bob Bowman at 11:00 AM, tomorrow, Saturday May 10 at the Kimbro Center.
We have learned of a conflict a little late to avoid it... The Sidewalk Cattlemen's Parade will be passing through Madisonville at, (*you guessed it*), 11:00 AM.
Those who are residents of Madisonville will know how to get to the parking areas behind the Kimbro Center, but people coming from out of town may not. So I've done a little map. Hope it helps!
Click Here for Map to Kimbro Center Parking.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this conflict of events may cause. | |
| Mystery Dinner Theatre comes to Madisonville! (May 8th, 2008) Join us this summer for something completely new in Madisonville. Mystery Dinner Theatre! We're having a great time getting this new production ready for you, and we know you're going to love it.
A number of things are different about the show this year. First of all, it's DINNER THEATRE, as opposed to the musical shows we've done to date. This means we'll be serving dinner during the show. And what a dinner it promises to be! Audience members will be treated to a four course meal, including an appetizer, a salad, a main course, and a dessert.
In addition, for the first time this year, our summer production is not a musical. It's a mystery. Someone different gets murdered each night, and the audience helps to solve the case.
Our fabulous director, Stephanie Schmidt is at the helm once again, and you'll recognize many of the cast members from our previous shows. Our venue is new. 'I'm Getting Murdered in the Morning' will take place in Seton Hall, the new community center of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. It's easy to find. Click Here to see a map.
